Coaching Philosophy

An Individualized approach to coaching structured around each athlete's race schedule emphasizing on building a robust aerobic base and training to raise their threshold.


We believe in a long term and methodical training approach to keep our athletes healthy and able to train consistently. The less interruptions in training due to injury, illness or burnout, the greater the chance of reaching peak performance.

$400 / month
  • Custom coaching by Sean Jefferson with assistance from Holly Lawrence which includes weekly updated workouts via Training Peaks, tailored to your personal training availability, performance goals and race schedule.

  • Unlimited communication with Sean and Holly via text and email during working hours. (8am-6pm. MST)

  • 1 hour initial consultation call Holly and Sean.

  • Weekly 1-on-1 zoom call.

  • Unlimited training revisions during the week. 

  • Testing protocols for swimming, cycling, and running for accurate training zones.

  • Nutrition guidance for training and racing.

  • Detailed Swim/Bike/Run plan for race day.

  • Training Peaks account.

  • Invitation to yearly training camp. (Location TBD)

  • Race prep at select events Sean and Holly are attending.
