PASSION PROJECT is an endurance coaching company that specializes in 1-on-1 remote triathlon coaching for all ability levels. Coach Sean Jefferson with assistance from Holly Lawrence, have over 30 years of combined high performance racing experience. Our goal is to help athletes reach their potential by offering more than just a training plan. We intend to create a community of like minded athletes that are passionate about performance, community and the sport of triathlon.

SEAN JEFFERSON

Sean Jefferson is a former professional distance runner and triathlete. Sean won the 2004 NCAA indoor mile while competing at Indiana University. He earned 6 All-American honors in Cross Country and Track while at IU. Sean retired from running in 2009 and started competing as a professional triathlete in 2010. Some of his top performances include:

HOLLY LAWRENCE

Holly Lawrence is a professional triathlete from the United Kingdom. She is the Ironman 70.3 World Champion (2016) and has won multiple Ironman 70.3 events throughout her career. Some of her top performances include:

Coaching Philosophy

We believe in an individualized approach to coaching structured around each athletes “A” race of the year. We place a big emphasis on building a robust aerobic base and training to raise your threshold. To do this we use performance testing to set accurate zones and daily workout monitoring using Training Peaks to ensure each athlete is following their proper prescription.

We believe in a long term and methodical training approach to keep our athletes healthy and able to train consistently. The less interruptions in training due to injury, illness or burnout, the greater the chance of reaching peak performance.
